STRETCH !!
When Do We Stretch?
We as humans need to do stretching always before a sport and after a sport. Although after the sport is not compulsory. What is meant by the before a sport is that you do stretching warming up and warming up could probably be jogging a lap around some sort of perimeter (at least 25 meters). after the jog that is when you do some stretched and then after the sport you can do a warm down so that you can re-flex your body again. And of course for health purposes you need to start with dynamic stretches and you warm down with static stretches (view meanings).
How to Commit to Stretching?
You should engage with sport thoroughly or frequently, this is to gives your brain the adaptation of stretching is importance before and after a sport. So rather than taking part in the same activities like maybe playing soccer, you can change exercise activities e.g. from cardio, strength training. This will help make stretching interesting and most probably make you look forward to it. But of course if you have a strict instructor you will have to do stretching (if he says so). Or maybe you can engage in a session for stretches through yoga that way it is helpful, in which this is one one way that can help you enjoy stretching.
